  1. Marking lengthy submitted assignment through text: This hinders detailed corrections and visual emphasis. Leading to a more time-consuming process and limits the expressive potential of these tutors.

  1. Organization and File Management: absence of effective organization features in the chat interface can make it challenging for tutors to manage and locate previously sent materials or submitted assignments.
